Good morning I have a certain amount of money at my account in my Sierra Chart. I can see the information "Your usage time will automatically renew in 18 days (Aug 27, 2020)." the problem is that, I don't want to extend the usage time of my account right now, and in this month. I want to keep the money in my account for future use (I don't know when, yet) 1. I want to stop the automatic renewal of my service. 2. I am asking for instructions on how to do this.
