I have an issue with the DOM showing my live account number when I am actually operating in Simulation mode. The chart shows sim but the dom shows live. Is there something I can do in order to resolve this issue. Earlier I had issues getting my data feed working I seem to have resolved this issue by updating the version and reactivating the data feed. Thanks for your help. |

First thing to do is to choose a simulated trade account: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) Otherwise, you may be running a sub instance of Sierra Chart and the Trading DOM is from one instance but the chart you are looking at is from another.
