Replay Mode Issues

Hi,

I am trying to use the replay mode but none of the data showing is accurate. The time displayed at the bottom isn't right, the DOM isn't showing any data and the charts are moving extremely slowly and aren't showing the right data.

I am selecting: charts with same link number, standard replay, use start date-time, by time, speed 1.00 and I select do not clear data.

Could you please advise on how I can make it work with the right data showing?

We will only take one issue at a time here. Why do you say this?:
The time displayed at the bottom isn't right,
What exactly do you mean by this and what is the basis of this? It is not making any sense to us.

Hi,

For the DOM, the "record market depth data" option wasn't enabled so thank you for the info that should help.

I am sorry my explanation was confusing. What I mean is that when I restart a chart at say 8/7/2020 at 9:30am, the chart replay begins at 8/7/2020 at 0:00.

I click on the "Use Start Date-Time" box, enter the date and time that I want the replay to start at and click on "Play".

I am sorry, but you happened to hit the one time period that I am not available tomorrow. Let me know another time that would work for you, either earlier in the day or on Friday (apart from Noon to 2:00pm PST).

Talked with customer and found that they were entering the time incorrectly. Once they entered it right, everything was working fine.
