Can not pull the historical data from JPX(GQG).

It seems can not pull the historical data from JPX(GQG). I can get only real time data from JPX. How can I fix this issue?

Other exchange such as CME is no problem.

ver2144, 2133, 2118 all of them can not get historical data from JPX. I also use CQGM, that works no problem.

JNKU20,JTPXU20,MJNKU20, I also checked Z contract. It could not pull the historical data.

To be precise, historical data cannot be acquired from 8:50 (Tokyo time) on July 31st.

I already done "Delete and Download data" and "Edit/Download data - intraday chart" command. But could not get historical data.

Same problem here -- for symbol F.US.MJNKU20 (CQG). Other symbols (CME, HKEX, etc.) working as expected.

Actually, when I just restarted, I get data after 20:21:19 EDT, but there should be data from 19:45:00 EDT, not seeing that. Also note that when logging in to the CQG web interface, I do see data from 19:45 as expected.

(Please note that while my account will show "Denali feed enabled", I do not have any exchanges activated, and I have disabled the "Allow Support for SC Data Feeds" option.)

The first step is to contact your broker and have them enable historical price data support on your CQG account. This step is mandatory.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:

After the above is done, then follow the instructions here to download missing data:
