Openning chartbooks problem

Hello
i have a problem to open my chartbooks, i did installed new version and yet it cant open the error message is in the picture.
Note: i had no problem with chartbook openning during time before.

We do not know why there is a problem with that Chartbook. It must be damaged in some way. Therefore, use one of the backup Chartbooks:

I did as you told me but the backup of my chartbook is 0B, is there another way to get back that chartbook on the picture?

You just have to go to an earlier copy of it for an earlier date, if there is one.
