Unrecoverable exception

Salute!
When trying to start the software working I confronted with caution: The application catches an unrecoverable exception and for safety reason will be terminated. Press “Yes” to create dump file. It occures after the moment I push "Pending" button.
I've just installed the newest version of SierraChart. What should I do to make it work properly?

So you get that message when you start Sierra Chart? What version are you trying to run?

Make sure you are not running the 64-bit version of Sierra Chart because it looks like you have a 32-bit operating system.

Yes I ran it under 32-bit OS and was trying to get 2142 version for my OS working.
