Computer graphics breaking after upgrading to the live datafeed

Hello, I was originally using SC delayed data feed for practice. Yesterday I paid for the live data feed. Today when I was about to use the live data feed for the first time something strange started to happen. The graphics on SC were working incorrectly as per screenshot. I then went to take a screenshot and it appears to be global system graphics that are malfunctioning. The only way to fix them is to restart the computer. However, every time I load sierracharts the graphics malfunction again.

Can you please advise what could be causing these issues and how it can be fixed? I haven't changed anything on the chartbooks since upgrading to the live data feed, only ticked display drawings from other charts as drawings were not appearing since they were made on a different symbol code.

I hope you can help me with this.

Kind regards,

Dominik

This is not related to the data feed in any way. This is an Windows operating system level issue. Reduce the number of programs running on your computer and then restart Sierra Chart.

If you still have an issue go to the Windows Task Manager and go to the Processes tab and look at the Sierra Chart process. We need to know what the number of User Objects and GDI objects is. If those numbers are too high that could cause a problem.

This is not going to be relevant, but also update Sierra Chart to the current version:

It's very strange as I had no issues using the delayed data feed, but when the live data feed my computer appears to work harder. I found a work around by opening Sierra Chart, disabling the live datafeed, opening the chartbook until everything loads and then connecting to the live feed. The issue did not occur.

It is not related to the data feed.

So after some further testing, it appears it is not data feed related as mentioned above. It seems there is an overload in the CPU usage when loading all of the chartbook windows. When I attempt to stop chartbook windows from loading and load them one by one everything works ok, but when all load at the same time it causes a graphics malfunction and the machine needs to be re-started.
Is it possible to implement a feature that will allow each chartbook window to queue and the next window to load after the previous one finishes loading to prevent the CPU from overloading?
