Bracket orders distribution for scale-in

I found a small glitch in the functionality to equally distribute the scaled in contracts across the targets.

Usually I enter with a bracket with one stop and two targets and scale-in with 4 contracts each clip. When I get only filled on 3 e.g. the equal distribution does not work when the 4th contract is filled with a later trade. Especially in thinner markets you get your orders filled gradually.

Any way to be able to distribute the clip when filled with multiple trades?

Did you have the time to look into this? It would be nice to have the scale-ins evenly distributed or even better, to set the percentage or actual amount how to distribute them. For example when scaling in another 4 contracts, 1 should go to Target 1 and 3 to Target 2.

We took the time to extensively look into this, and we are unable to reproduce what you are saying. If the scaling in order, fills multiple times, each one of those fills will cause a scaling in action to be performed.

So if there is a problem it would seem as though that there is some other issue causing it . Maybe a quantity limit on your trading account.

Let's say your order contains e.g. 4 contracts and you want to scale half into Target 1 and half into Target 2. You get filled on 1 - 2 - 1, then only the part with 2 contracts is scaling in correct. The part with ones not.

So the Target and Stop orders do not increase in quantity by 1, 2, 1? We cannot reproduce any problem like this.
