Data not loading automatically

Hi, just received my second computer for sierra chart use. I am able to log in successfully via denali (SC Futures order routing/data) and (SC data - all services). However the charts do not load automatically. I have to constantly use "download data from end of chart" for the data to stay up to date. How can I make the data feed automatically upload? Thanks

It sounds like you are trying to use both computers at the same time, but you are not setup to have 2 connections to the data feed. Therefore, you will only get Real-Time data on one computer. You can either pay for a second connection, which would be the cost of the Exchange Fees that you pay each month (i.e. your exchange fees would double), or you can be sure that you are only accessing the data from one computer at a time. If you want to enable a second connection for the Denali exchanges, then you can do so here in the section entitled Number of Systems: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind that if you do enable this, you will be immediately charged for a full month regardless of when in the month you activate it (for instance, if you did this today - July 27, you would pay the $31.20 today and then $62.40 on August 1.
