Can't connect to live data

To Whom It May Concern:

My computer recently crashed and so I'm trying to reconfigure my CQG data feed. I'm using the same ID & PW that was sent to me by AMP Global Clearing....copying the PW off their email and pasting it into your platform. It worked fine last time, but is no longer working.

Thanks for any help!
