Not getting some of the data with Gain

Hi, I've upgraded to Advanced Service Package 5 even though I don't need the actual pack but just for the proper intraday historical data. the problem is that I'm not getting the VX symbol data like I use to get live from gain - I assume it's because it's CBOE and not CME - You haven't mentioned it with the message log for the upgrade. This is very important for me, I don't need the other data on CBOE to pay for additional CBOE data Please if u can add it only like it used to be on Gain - I don't require extra - only the same way it was to pay for additional CBOE data plus the pack 5 is way too much.
