Sim mode not working with autotrader yet works with live real time account

I can use my autotrader setup with realtime live account - no problem, but when I switch over to simulated trading it won't continue to place trades in real time. Somedays if will eventually start working if I just leave it open, but then other days it never does.

Im with AMP futures using CGC data.

What is the Trade Account set to?:

its set to SIM account.

Could it have anything to do with the latest version release? I was running 2130 and updated a few days ago to 2135.

I have gone through and checked everything in the documentation. The same autotrader spreadsheet runs on three other computers using sim and real time trading. One computer has a free trial account directly with sierra, the other is using denali data another broker and Im AMP with CGC data. I have to believe that there is some glitch, compatibility issue with CGC and Sierra?

Our question to you is what is the reason for the issue? Going through proper troubleshooting procedures you should precisely identify what the problem is.
