I see the below message, but it is not clear. What do you mean by 'Advanced service package'? I am using level 5... -Technical Notice: When using the Gain Capital Trading service with Sierra Chart, historical Intraday data for futures symbols will only be downloaded from Gain Capital when using the Standard (3) Service Package. To use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service for long-term historical Intraday data with Gain Capital, now requires using the Advanced Service Package, or one of the Real-time Exchange Data Feeds Available from Sierra Chart. Otherwise, the amount of historical Intraday data will be dramatically less. Typically just a few hours of data is available on the Gain Capital FIX server. |

Yes we are referring to the Advanced Package 5 which you are using.
