Hi,

I'm having a problem where my trades are somehow automatically terminated, both in sim account and in real trading. It seems to always be around breakeven (despite using bracket order having my stop positioned elsewhere).
Could you please help me find the source of the problem, specifically today it has been devastating for my trading.

I only noticed this problem relatively recently.

Thanks

Idan

what does the trade log say? should say it was stopped if there was one set.

Is there a log of what's actually triggered the trade (whether it was a keyboard command, server side order etc)?

According to the trade activity log, it was a market order. However, I did not issue a market order (although I have a keyboard shortcut to flatten position). I'd expect a buy stop order as per the bracket. Any idea what could it be? I don't have Global profit/loss setup and Targets set such that there is no move to breakeven for Stop.

OK, at least now I know how to look for the problem. Turns out the max profit was enabled (I probably played with it in simulation environment at some point and forgot to turn it off). BTW it does not work well because I never got the profit target, not once, even though it was triggered. Makes more sense to set a profit target to be a limit order, not a market I would think.

Sorry for the trouble, I'll check but I believe it's all good now. Thanks

Idan
