im unable to connect and have referred to your thread regarding rithmic. when i try to download the zip files u attached to the thread it says access denied. could i please get access to the zip files. many thanks

Hi, your staff actually already told me u guys arent compatible with rithimic the first time, so ive already emailed topstep to ask for a refund. could i just get a refund on this account too please? i already have another sierra account where i use denali
