Can't find (using the SC Menu) which support package ( 3 or 5) is in use.
I can locate the detailed descriptions of the packages, but not a specific numerical value.

On the Account Control Panel in the Sierra Chart website, you will find the information on what package you have activated. You can get to the page by selecting the following link and then logging in with the same Sierra Chart Account Name and Password that you use to login to the Sierra Chart software:
