TPO not updating real time.

Hi. Hope you are all well. I'm running footprint, DOM, candle charts and a TPO for ES mini but the TPO is not updating real time. I've looked through the support board, logs and documentation but can't see why this isn't updating real time. Can any one help please - log below as per instructions.
