Hi,
As per the manual "variable is set to the Date-Time, as a SCDateTime value, of the very latest trade from the data feed that is included in the last bar in the chart.". So is it correct to presume that this the time of the last tick received?

Can we have a MilliSecond version of this function? Or any other function is available to get the time of last tick in milliseconds.

That variable already does support milliseconds. Refer to:

Although we have not yet provided true millisecond time stamping for trades. We will not say anything further about this.
