Export Trade Activity Log

The Export Trade Activity Log output file has time stamp that is 7 hour different. I am in the PST time zone. 12 PM has 7 PM.

Is there a setting for the time zone other that Data/Trade Service which I currently have set as Los Angles which will rectify the time issue in the log. The Trade Activity in the Application displays the correct time.
