I just purchased a TopstepTrader account as well as a Sierra Chart Pkg. 5 plan only to find out just now that I can not use Sierra Charts. It is telling me that I need bridge files, but your support board says it is no longer supported and the thread is locked. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Yes, please refund me. I hope that maybe Sierra and Topstep can come together at some point and possibly topstep could use Denali or something. Your platform is superior in comparison to others. Thank you

I hope that maybe Sierra and Topstep can come together at some point and possibly topstep could use Denali or something. Well rather than this, what our plan is to offer complete alternative to this.
