Hello
I am presenting a problem with my account since every time I try to connect it does not allow it and asks me to buy a package, but my access to Sierra Chat is done through AMP FUTURES and I already make my monthly payment and they tell me that I have access please a prompt reply.

First thing you need to do is to have a direct account:

And then pay for usage time:

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.
