Sierra Chart version needs to be updated, but I run into trouble with updating the version.
Windows 10 seems to block running any program which is not registered with Microsoft.

Everytime there is an update it's been painful with your software.
You guys need to step it up with better indication of what the installer is doing and how the download is progressing.

Thanks!

This already exists overwhelmingly. The installer has a visible log and a written file log and a progress bar.

Unless you are referring to the downloading and running of the installer. If there is any problem with that we need to see the Message Log:

For now use the zip installer:

Problem solved. I found a workaround by install updated version on another pc, then copy to sierrachart folder. Thanks! Tim

p.s.
1) when double click on the installer of first pc, nothing happens. possibly a) stopped by windows 10 or b) i have 2 monitors and the installer is positioned outside of the 2 monitors.
2) i did verify on the other pc, installer has written file log and a progress bar.
