Hey Sierra Engineers, You closed that Sierra/Rithmic thread after my last post to you, so I'm starting a new thread to let you know what happened. You may want to post this in that thread for others that were part of the problem like me. lol. I finally found out the problem tying to connect with the Rithmic feed from Earn2Trade through AMP. Part of it was me. First of all when trying to login to Sierra with the Earn2Trade Rithmic paper trade feed, I had the wrong server selected for Rithmic. That was one reason it wasn't connected. Then you activated my demo account to see if the problem was AMP and when I tried to login I still got the error, but I was still trying to use the wrong server to login with. So I got that corrected. When I tried to login to Sierra with my AMP account, I still got the error message and it wouldn't connect. So I then logged in with my Sierra demo account and it worked! So the problem all along was first me and using the wrong server, but once I got that all corrected it appears AMP won't let me login with a feed the isn't from/though them. But after doing what your support thread on this issue suggested (Rim folder; installing extra files, etc), the Rithmic feed hooks up fine with my Sierra demo account. So I have now paid for Sierra so I can use it with the Earn2Trade Rithmic feed and will only login to Sierra with my AMP credentials if I am going to trade my live account with them. Problem solved.
