Possible to save DOM settings?

Whenever i close my DOM and reopen it the settings revert back to default. Is there a way to save the DOM settings in case I close it by accident? Thanks.

You need to have the Trading DOM open when you save the Chartbook. Then when you open the Chartbook the Trading DOM will also open and have the settings as they were previously.
