Hi, I'm puzzled why on a handful of instances when running an automated trading system which also uses attached order exits, when an exit stop is executed, sierrachart sends a market order which duplicates the already executed stop order. Thus I end up with an unwanted open position in the opposite direction to the original trade. I imagine this may be due to a communication issue between Sierra and Interactive Brokers around the execution of the stop order. This happens perhaps 2 or 3% of the time. I have not enabled Auto-Send Market Order on Rejected Stop Attached Order so I am puzzled why this happens and it is obviously a major problem. I am hoping there is a simple mistake on my part that you know how to correct. I have never had an issue with IB not executing a stop they hold in the system so I really want Sierra not to send this extra order in any circumstances.

I think I know what the answer is to this. There are occasions when the attached stop order and the spreadsheet study exit level become close and due to some communication issue betweeen IB and Sierra, both orders get triggered. I think if I "hold market order until pending cancel orders are confirmed", at the very least I won't end up with both orders being triggered.
