Hi, right now I have one instance with Rithmic, I'm trying to get funded with Earn2trade. I use jigsaw and Ninja, however, Sierra chart is my favorite platform and you people have made it very complicated to get your services now. Your site is very difficult to navigate and you people have made the simple complex instead of the complex simple. So, I signed some agreement so i can get denali, but now I have to do two other agreements and I can't find where to sign them. This is what I mean, I have went everywhere on your site, where are the other two agreements, I saw two bullet points that said here's the two agreements you need to sign, but no links to find where I go to do just that. I am a nonprofessional, techncially this would be the second instance, because R trader pro has a plugin, so jigsaw and Ninja, are considered under that one umbrella. I can pay the 31 per month, for data, but help. How do I make that happen? Very frustrating too by the way. I like your platform, but you guys must really love your layout on your site, and you think it's simple, it's not. You need a new layout for your site. Just saying.

Once that is done, you will be able to complete the two needed agreements.

We are looking at making things simpler for user, it is an incremental process.

Removing support for Rithmic is part of the process of making things easier for users. So if the complication is related to that and you want to use Rithmic you really have to go elsewhere.

And the market data agreements are easily found here:

So we are not sure what the difficulty is related to that.
