Problems with Datafeed and Exchanges

Dear SC Team,

this morning had a few problems with trading. I charged the account yesterday for going further with my exchanges today.

But this morning cames up the message ( see attached )

I charged the account this morning again and tried to reactivate.

And now the message cames up again.

The Eurex Data appears for some minutes and disappears again now.

Whats wrong there ??

Please help.
