chart window destroyed when navigating between tabs

We are using GDI in some dll. When changing between chartbooks, it looks like the chart window is destroyed and recreated. In other words, if I have 2 charts in two chartbooks, when I navigate between chart1 and chart2, the chart window is recreated. Does that make sense? If "yes", looks like this is relatively new behavior? |
