I would know how much it cost me to use REAL TIME DATAFEEED from DENALI without DELAYED DATAFEED? There is the 20$ and on other site there is the 31,5$? Now which one I've to pay? |

There are two costs associated with the Real-Time data. First is the cost of the data feed itself, which is $20.00 USD per month when you are also using the Sierra Chart Order Routing, which you are. The second is the cost of the exchange(s) - which vary based on what you need. You have already activated the Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you just have to enable an exchange. You can do this on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Just be aware that the exchanges are not Pro-Rated, so you will pay the full amount if you activate the exchange today just for the last 2 days of June and then the same amount on July 1 for the month of July. Therefore, we recommend waiting until July 1 to enable the exchange(s). Hello and thanks for answering my question! So in all I've to pay 50,-$ for the Data itself and for the CME right? But when I wanna activate they tell me I need a funded trading account? Do they mean with funded trading account a Proptrading Company? |

In order to qualify for the lower-priced CME Exchange(s) you need to have a funded trading account with one of the partners that Sierra Chart works with. You will find the list here: Supported Data and Trading Services: Supported Services Another option is to use our Easy Solution to to CME Funded Trading Account. You will find the information here: Supported Data and Trading Services: Supported Services If you do not use one of these options, then you will need to pay the Professional Fees for the CME Exchange(s). My AMP Broker is connected with TT on Sierra Chart! I did this process at the beginning. So the CME Exch. is another thing that i've to purchase right? Sorry for the inconvenience it's a bit complicated :D |

Sorry, we did not see that. Then you are fine to qualify for the lower-priced Non-Professional exchange fees. So the only thing left is for you to activate the Exchange(s) you want. Just be aware that you should wait until tomorrow to do this, otherwise you will be charged the full cost of the exchange(s) for just today.
