Hi- Trying to use the Elgato Stream Deck for hot keys with Sierra. Hot keys work fine from my keyboard and programmable Logitech gaming mouse but Sierra seems to not "see" anything at all from the Stream Deck. The Stream Deck works just fine for hot keys on the same computer with both Ninjatrader and IBKR TWS as well as any other program I've tried to use it with. Any ideas? Thanks! |

Resolved - Turns out the culprit was the fact that I'm using Input Director to control multiple computers with single keyboard/mouse. Works great and this is the first issue I've ever had. I was running Sierra Chart off one of the "slave" computers but also had the Stream Deck plugged into the "slave" computer. When I moved the Stream Deck to the "master" then it worked fine as far as hot keys for Sierra Chart. It did introduce yet another different problem but not with Sierra.

Here's one of the simple setups I use with Sierra. The "Next" button calls up different set of buttons. Works great.

Stream Deck work for 2 days and now nothing, hot keys don't even work with SC, grrrr... Sure these is a shiny red button I push someplace that terminated something.

Make sure you have "Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Enabled" checked under the main "Trade" menu. If not, no hotkeys will work no matter what.
