Shortcut key for Move target to Price

How do I set a shortcut key to "move target to price" on my charts? I have a shortcut set for "move to breakeven" as Control B and one for Control C for "cancel" and one for Control F to "flatten and cancel"? I think Sierra Charts are the best.
