Hello,
Since 16/5/2020 my historical charts are not showing the daily data, I can see only current day bar. Intraday data is uploading correctly.
Please, can you help me with this?

You need to change to the Advanced Service Package for Sierra Chart Historical Data support for Rithmic:
To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

Has the selection option mentioned in post #2 changed? I don't see this option in the screenshot.

The only changes have been additions of new packages that bundle in the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

But we see you are already on Package 5, which is the Advanced Package.

If you are trying to change to another package, then you just select the package and time frame you want it for and then select the Update/Set button.

I'm confused by this thread is all. Do I need a supplemental data feed for historic data if I'm using Rithmic Data? Or is having service pack 5 and Rithmic sufficient for historic and real time data.
