Hello, I just signed up to Sierra Charts, with the service 5 (Advanced) Package. I do not have a trading account and all I want is to view an S&P 500 chart in real time. I can't seem to get it to work. I created a chart using $SPX symbol but it doesn't appear to be doing anything. Can you please advise of how I can see a real time S&P 500 chart cash open chart? Thank you, |

I can't seem to get it to work. Can you please advise of how I can see a real time TSX charts for cash open. Perhaps I need to subscribe to something else? Thank you, |

You would need to subscribe to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the TSX Equities exchange. Hello, As mentioned in this thread...I want to view stocks and index charts for Canada's TSX in real time. I noticed that I needed to renew my service 5 (Advanced) Package, which I did and paid $98.98USD and the payment receipt email is attached. Then I followed your instructions to subscribe to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the TSX Equities exchange but I got a prompt to that I didn't have enough balance, so I paid another $13.13USD which you can see in the same attached email of the receipt. Now it says I have a balance of $14.80USD which you can see from the JPG attached. So I've paid $112.11USD so far but I can't seem to activate the 1st connection in the Real-Time Data Connections. I'm a technical guy but I'd rather pull my finger nails out then navigate this site. I want to give you money...please make it easy for me to do so! What is wrong with my account that I can't activate the TSX charts? |

There is enough to activate the real-time connection but not enough for the exchange fee. You need to add more to pay for the TSX exchange. In total you will need $61.75 per month, although the Data Feed cost is pro-rated for the month, so it will be slightly less this first month. You can always see how your funds are allocated by selecting the link for "View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts" on the Account Control Panel. We have initiated the process, but we need for you to fill out and sign the "Market Data Agreement". Here is the link to the agreements. We have activated the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the TSX exchange. You should not be able to get Real-Time data for the TSX symbols. Keep in mind that the data feed will renew on August 1, 2020 and you will need to have enough funds in your account at that time to continue to get the data.
