Support Request:

During a trade this message pops up, "Ticksize is not known" etc (see printscreen), althought I haven't changed a thing in the Chart Setting > Advanced Settings 2 -window. (see second printscreen).

Is there something I am doing wrong?

So this was during a replay? You should never under any conditions have an error like that with a simulated order.

Apparently you are running custom studies which is causing this problem.

If those are from the User Contributed Studies list, then update Sierra Chart again with Help >> Download Prerelease. Those studies have been rebuilt.

The study is not from the User Contributed Study list, but custom build.

Please rebuild the DLL for your studies using the latest Sierra Chart header file and I think you will now be fine.
