I'm trying to add an external chartbook but when i do, it overlaps with my current setup. It inserts the new charts into all my chartbooks and if i remove one of the new charts, it removes it from everywhere.

What you are describing is fully impossible. This cannot be a correct technical explanation.

Step-by-step tell us exactly what you are doing within Sierra Chart including menu command usage, and then just tell us one of the issues that you notice.

Click file -> open chartbook -> select the one from the menu.

It adds the new chartbook (tpo) which has 4 different charts in it. But the problem is, it adds those four charts into every other chartbook as well and when i try to remove the charts from a single chartbook, it deletes them from everywhere.

Figured it out. All the charts in that chartbook were set to "Window Always Visible". Disabling that option solves the problem.
