On 6/19 I added a $300 credit through the authorize.net option. The website added the 1% fee and I confirmed the $303 total. It took me a few days to notice that I was charged a total of $306.03, of which $303 was credited to my SC balance and $3.03 was charged as the processing fee. It's not an issue for me, I'm just letting you know about the double 1% markups. |

Our logs show that you have initiated multiple payments. Initially you set the amount to 300 USD. But later we see that you have set the amount to 303 USD. This resulted in a fee of 3.03 USD (1% of 303 USD). This resulted in a total payment of 306.03 USD out of which 303 USD was credited to your services balance. Sierra Chart Support |

I use a browser extension to control loading javascript, so I need to reload things like the authorize.net payment page a couple times to get everything loaded correctly. I'm pretty careful about not reloading in the middle of the checkout, but instead restarting the checkout from the beginning. Doing it that way had been working fine, so maybe I made a mistake and entered $303 myself the last time through. Thanks for looking into it.
