why I am paying 52 for the data feed

Hi I would like to to know IF i have been charged more or when I subscribe I made a mistake - I am using denali for dat feed only with exchange CME full - and I using CQG from AMP for trading (routing) can you please let me know why I ma paying all this (52 usd) , thank you Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-06-19 02:00:26

It should be about 57USD/month. And actually you are not really using the Denali data feed at this time because you do not have the right Denali data feed connection option activated for CQG. Just tell us whether you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed or not. Or you instead want to use the CQG data feed. And then we will make sure you are using one or the other. You initiated a chargebacks for a payment you made for Sierra Chart. The 36 USD has been deducted from your account plus a 20 USD service fee. Your services are now disabled. If you have a question about a payment you need to contact us first. Also the Denali data feed is not properly active on your account because you chose the wrong service option.
