I am trading EUR/USD and today for the first time Sierra Chart is showing incorrect market prices on charts. Somewhere around 20 pips below the price my broker shows, and also verified when I search online for current pricing. Please advise. Thanks |

We do observe a problem where it looks like less data was transmitted from FXCM to one of our servers. The source of this issue must be from FXCM. We have reset the connections to FXCM and corrected the data.

After further examination the issue was what looks like up to a one hour lag of price data from FXCM. Otherwise, there source was just transmitting different pricing for an extended time.
