Hello, i'm using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for CME Group exchange data and now i would like to have the additional realtime data for CBOE $VIX. Do I understand that rightly, that i need a second Sierra Chart account, which will be entitled to a 50% discount. I also need a real-time data connections to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for 20 symbols 25$/mon. and CBOE Indices ExChange 5.25$/mon. You offer 'When also using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for CME Group exchange data, then the cost of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is reduced by 10 USD per month'. ? What costs will I be facing? Thank you very much and kind regards from Germany... |

First of all, you do not need another Sierra Chart account. That was only if you needed the CME Group on more than one computer. Which can now be done by paying for a second exchange fee. What you do need, however, is to add the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the CBOE Indices Exchange. In order to help offset the additional cost of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, you will receive a $12.00 USD per month credit to your account when you are using both the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, your total additional costs to add the CBOE will be the following (all items are USD per month): - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with 20 symbols: $25.00 - CBOE Indices: $5.25 - Credit for both Sierra Chart and Denali Exchange Data Feeds: -$12.00 Total: $18.25 Just be aware, the $12.00 credit is given to your account and is not reflected as a discount in the price of the data feed.
