I updated the software and lost the background color on my DOM. I’ve gone through the the graphics setting and changed one at a time on the background color and nothing changed. Am I missing something. I’m also missing my P/L on top of my DOM and have checked to display it.

I am also noticing every upgrade so far is altering color or something else in charts, DOM or the Fill Marker Size. Please advise how to get my DOM background back to color black, P/L displayed on my DOM.

I’ve attached pics on my settings.

Same thing happened to me. Just have to check the box next to "Enable" and change the color back to what it was.

There is an "Enable" option for Trade DOM Bid Background color. You will want to enable that option. That will resolve this.

Regarding the order fill marker size, that is now controllable at the pixel level:

Ok, able to correct the background color. What about the other items in the DOM? It too got all messed up during the upgrade. The P/L is missing up top. There is this white background by the instrument I.D. on the upper left column. The current price of the DOM is now white. See attached pic.

I had to step away a few day and got the color all sorted it out. Disappointing with not being able to support SC with Ritmic as I thought Dec 2020 was the cut off date. So in using the OneUP/MES Capital account I would have to use another platform.

So I come to find out that the top left of the DOM is now formatted differently. You now insert the instrument symbol, Qty of contracts, Account number, NPL AND the Time all in one line. When you reduce the size horizontally (narrowing)the DOM they don't move to the next line below except the number of Qty of contracts. You will not be able to see the P/L unless you widen the DOM back open.

Also, the Qty of contract and the NPL background is driven by the color of the text NOT the background of the DOM.

Rithmic is still supported. Newer versions will not support Rithmic after December 31, 2020 but you can still use Rithmic in older versions. So there is effectively a very long transition time. And plenty of time for us to develop alternatives.

We are just not providing technical help at this time for Rithmic. So if you have a problem we really do not know what the issue is.

Regarding the trade DOM header, that is now fully customizable and will do exactly what you want. Refer to:

Customizable Header Fields for Trade DOM Video

Also, the Qty of contract and the NPL background is driven by the color of the text NOT the background of the DOM.
This is controlled by the "Trade DOM Background Color" setting.

Ok good to know.. I really hope SC develops an alternative. Thank you for the update.

That was a very nice video.. great job and the DOM looks clean again. On the color I just needed to reversed the color (RC) in the the Customize Chart Header - Trade DOM. Thanks again!
