As a company you provide excellent data, you developed a High Performance Trading Platform but you are un-willing OR unable to provide support for your trading platform.
What classification should I place you in as a company that does not what you sell to the market even when the customer has to pay for the service. Who else should beware of this practice?
I am still waiting and expecting Service because your latest response to my request is not accepted.

You are looking for support that we are unable to provide. We really are not able to accommodate your request. We understand that you want help with Interactive Brokers options and that is out of the question for us to get involved in that. And please make everyone aware of our position on this.

I am NOT asking for help with Interactive Brokers Options. Sorry if I bid not make myself understood.
What I am seeking is help with your Trading Platform to trade Equity Options. If Interactive Broker is the only Company that your platform can be use with to trade Option so be it.
My interest is knowing how to use your platform. It is a very good Platform and offer more flexibility than IB platform.

Right but the point is we cannot help with this because trading equity options means a connection to Interactive Brokers for market data and trading functionality. We have discontinued technical support for that.

There is no other choice for equity options trading at this time. We would not foresee any other choice probably until the year 2021 at the soonest.
