Hi, I recorded a personal indicator alert on my widows 7 using the Window Sound Recorder, and it was saved as a WMA file. I have copied and pasted it into my C drive in the Sierra Charts in the Alertsounds folder. But in the global settings tab, and the general tab settings, when I choose select sound file, it does not show. When I click on the lower right of that file, and select "all files", it does then populate in the alert sounds folder. What am I doing wrong, as when I click and install my personal recording, it will not play. Thanks Nick |

Yes. Only wave type files are supported.
