I'm planning to setup two accounts with one trade service (CTS T4). Is it possible to configure SC to post two orders to both accounts at the same time?

You can use both accounts within the same copy of Sierra Chart but not send orders to both accounts at the same time. Although that might be possible on the CTS T4 backend system in some way. You should contact CTS about this.
