Chart Scrollbar issues

I have a historical daily chart with Show Scrollbar, Show Menu, and Show Title Bar all unselected. For some reason, the scrolbar is displaying anyway. Also, the right/left arrows on the scrollbar work as expected, but the actual scroller has no affect on the chart when I move it. In fact, the scroller stays stuck on the far left edge regardless of where I am in the chart series and repositions itself there within a few seconds whenever I try to drag elsewhere. Any helpful guidence? |

No. When you use a configuration like that, the operating system can run into problems. This is not something we are able to help with.
