cqg data problem

Hello,


From ninjabrokerage i have a second CQG login for sierra. They tell me that on their side everything is set op correctly. yes a can login to the data feed but i dont have live data.

I ahave send them superiors email about this link,,,CQG Trading Platform Service: Market Data Authorizations for Symbols/Exchanges

""You will also see Symbol is Unknown displayed on the chart for 30 seconds when a Symbol is not authorized on your CQG trading account"""

I am very disappointed given the problem and people refer to each other,,,, can you help me please check the atteched file
