closed position still shows as open

Hi, having a little bit of an issue with Trade Stats for Charts, it's showing a position that's been closed long time ago. Connected to CTS. How do we fix that?

The Trade Activity Log fill data for the symbol needs to be cleared. The trading server only holds the order fills for the current day. So you still have to make sure that you connect at least once each day before the end of the trading day to get any missing fills there might be.
