hi i am not seeing a correct account balance on my "account balance window". is my account funded? i would like to see a correct balance before i make any trades

You are not connected to a trading service, therefore there would be no account balance showing or a simulated balance.

Since you are using AMP as your broker, you can use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service for your trading with Sierra Chart. If you have been setup with this then follow the Setup Instructions:

hey i am having alot of issues with orders, they are not benig fuffilled and i have no control on moving my stops, and some times i will not be able to flatten a position and i can not get out of a trade, not sure whats going on ,

What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?

And is the option for "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" have a checkmark next to it or not?
