Can't Log in Sierra Charts Using IB ( TWS)

I have my Sierra Charts getting data from IB account. On one computer I'm able to get the data. I logged off that computer and went to another room to log in to Sierra Chart with IB on another computer. Please Note: both computers were not logged in at the same time. I kept getting the message that "TWS login thread count ended."
Can you please help.
