I am looking for a way to reference a certain price of a bar for an alert formula e.g top tick of bar or bottom tick of bar specifically on number bars . Any idea how I can make that happen?

Hi, Do you just need it for an alert? Is it meant to take a reference for further calculation or just a display?

You can find these studies in my free library. I can only add a search condition in the area specified by the user + total alert. This is one extra line of code. It will be part of a new library update that is scheduled for tomorrow morning.

Would you be able to only reference specific areas on the bar for the imbalances ?

Yes, I'm working on it right now.
You'll define an area of how many ticks from High, Low to look for imbalance and the overall alert will tell you that this condition at the bar has been met. Other levels will be ignored .... This is a user defined area, so I can only do a common alert for the whole bar. If you wanted the result from the study that he would write a specific price-level where it happened then I need a set of rules. Because there can be more imbalances at the same time and what then takes precedence in the result would have to be defined in advance ...
