I just had some kind of hung order and I don't know why or what to look for in the future. I exited a loosing position, I thought, and took a few minutes to check on my account. When I got back on the chart, the 'child' orders were clear but I still had active order. Wound up costing me another 10 points. Really don't want to have that happen any more. I was using chart trading, which I've used countless times live trading and in the sim so I'm at a loss for what happened. If anyone has any idea of what I should be looking for I'd really appreciate any assistance. thx

Not really clear what is meant by "hung order". Would be best for you to go through the Trade Activity Log to analyze what has happened:

Make sure your Attached Orders have a Time in Force of good till canceled:
